The YJ-1A-16D is one of the most economical automatic dispenser on the market. It was designed to meet high standards for accuracy, repeatability. It’s an ideal automatic dispensing solution for stores where low to medium decorative paint volumes are tinted, helping to reduce mistints and eliminate waste.
This dispensing system is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also serve as a complete color management system.

Tint Manager is a user Software Package developed for our range of Automatic Paint Dispenesr machines. The package will assist the user in carrying out the following operations:

Formula Query:search formula via Standard Formula ,My Formula,History Formula
Formula Management :add/Edit/Delete formula for “My Formula”
Colorant management: manage all the datas of colorant.
Debug: test each function of the machine manually;
Pump calibration: calibrate the pulse data of each canister pump;
Setup:set label print content,machine Setup data,software language and password
Reports:colorant Report and dispensing report

Software Compability

Our software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq/ Innovatint and Formula.txt file as LARGOTINT, TECMEC , it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.
